These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://northflowfunnels.com and any done-for-you funnel building and managed hosting services offered by Northflow Funnels LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

This document is provided for transparency. We recommend having it reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your specific jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We offer done-for-you funnel building and managed hosting services. Each project includes a one-time build fee. Ongoing infrastructure costs (Vercel, Kit, and similar providers) are paid directly by the client to those providers. Pricing, scope, and availability are determined on a per-project basis and are subject to change without notice.

Deliverables

Each project may include the following, depending on scope:

  • Custom landing page or funnel design
  • Conversion-focused copywriting
  • Lead capture database and analytics dashboard
  • Email marketing platform setup and welcome sequence
  • Payment integration (Stripe)
  • Domain configuration and managed hosting on Vercel
  • Analytics and tracking setup (GTM, Clarity)
  • Minor copy and image updates as part of ongoing hosting

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and video, is the property of Northflow Funnels LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

What you own: The custom design, copy, brand assets, and customer data generated through your funnel belong to you.

What we maintain: Northflow Funnels LLC builds, hosts, and maintains the underlying codebase and infrastructure on your behalf as part of the managed hosting agreement. If you cancel hosting, we will transfer the GitHub repository and codebase to you upon request.

Northflow Funnels LLC retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permitted Use

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute any deliverables as a template or product to third parties
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from website content owned by Northflow Funnels LLC
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content from this website in bulk

Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Projects consist of a one-time build fee, quoted and agreed upon before work begins. Ongoing infrastructure costs are paid by the client directly to third-party providers (e.g., Vercel, Kit). You are responsible for any applicable taxes. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Cancellation

Since you own your accounts and infrastructure directly, there is no managed service to cancel. If you need help transitioning to a different developer, contact us at derrick@northflowfunnels.com and we will provide full access to all project files and credentials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northflow Funnels LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Website content represents our opinions and experience and should not be construed as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Results from our services may vary depending on your business, audience, and implementation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
